From a glass floor revealing ancient artifacts beneath to the mesmerizing gastronomic creations of chef Petros Dimas, the restaurant offers an immersive dining experience. The chef places great emphasis on quality, personally tending to his farm, where he sources most of the ingredients for his signature dishes: Utopia, Genesis, and Physis Vegan.

Located on the 5th floor of the avant-garde Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), Delta Restaurant offers a dining experience as impressive as its surroundings.
